When do my free rewrites come back?

Every Monday at 00:00 UTC, you get 3 more. They don't roll over.

How do I cancel?

From Manage subscription in the web app or extension, or email us and we'll do it. You keep your plan until the end of the month you've paid for, then move to the free plan.

Can I switch between Personal and Pro?

Yes, from Manage subscription in the web app. Upgrading to Pro charges the difference for the rest of the month and gives you 375 a week right away. Switching back to Personal takes effect at your next renewal.

Can I get a refund?

Payments aren't refundable, which is why the free plan exists. If you were charged by mistake, like twice in one month, we'll refund the extra charge. See the refund policy.

What happens to my samples if I cancel?

Nothing happens to them. They stay in your account and keep working. You just can't add more than 5 or go past 3 rewrites a week on the free plan.

Do AI agents use the same plan?

Yes, the same account and plan, and the same limits: 3 rewrites a week on Free, 150 on Personal and 375 on Pro, counted together wherever you rewrite. See fair use and the API page.
